Description:
On June 8, 1990, the body of a male teenager was found in a holding tank at a water treatment plant in Phoenix, Arizona. Multiple items of clothing were found near his body, but it’s unclear if they belonged to him. It’s believed that he died just a few days before he was discovered.
The unidentified male was White, had brown hair, and was approximately 6’0” tall. It was also determined that he was 16-19 years old at the time of his death.
