Description:
On August 22, 2019, a homeowner discovered the partial skeletal remains of a man buried in his back yard in El Mirage, Arizona. The man is believed to be Hispanic and estimated to be between 30-50 years old. His height and weight could not be determined. One of the John Doe’s ribs and his right wrist showed signs of prior fractures, and he may have suffered from back pain as a result of spina bifida.
Investigators estimated he died at least five years prior to being found. His death is being investigated as a homicide.
