Description:
Authorities located the decomposing remains of a Hispanic man on the banks of the Mississippi River in Merrimac, Illinois in June, 2022. They estimate he was between 25-45 years old, and 5’7”-5’11” tall. He had a packet of gum in his cargo pants, and wore black socks with his size 9.5 white Converse Chuck Taylor shoes. He could have died up to 2 years prior to the discovery of his remains.
