Description:
On September 15, 1994, the skeletonized remains of a white woman were located off Interstate 10 in Holt, Florida. The woman is believed to have been between 36-45 years old, 5’6” and 110 pounds.
She had brown hair that appeared bleached. She wore floral jacket with sequins on the upper shoulder, cuffs and collar and a floral “Brandywine Creek” dress with buttons up the front. Her jewelry included an inexpensive silver ring, a heart shaped silver ring, a black cord bracelet with multicolored beads, a silver band, a charm bracelet (without charms) and a cord necklace with a triangle, square and two circle pendants.
The woman’s cause of death was undetermined but foul play is suspected. Investigators believe Suzanne Jane Doe is a victim of serial killer Keith Jesperson, otherwise known as the Happy Face Killer.
