Description: 

At 2:00am on March 23, 1977, a young man was struck and killed by a truck on I-95 near Ashland, Virginia. Despite having a recognizable face, he was not identified. Authorities at the time speculated that he may have been involved in a marijuana smuggling operation. He wore blue jeans, a western-style shirt, and a jean jacket. This John Doe was White/Caucasian, stood 5’11”, and weighed 143 pounds. Investigators estimated he was 20-25 years old at the time of his death.
