Description:
On March 5, 2003, the remains of a teenage boy were found in the Elizabeth River near the Harbor Park stadium in Norfolk, Virginia. He was around 5’ 8 tall, weighed around 135 pounds, and was between 13-17 years old at the time he died. He was fully clothed wearing a black shirt with sailboat illustrations, blue jeans with a brown leather belt and buckle with a horse, plaid boxers, socks, and Brahma brand work boots. His cause of death was determined to be drowning. DNA analysis later revealed that he was Hispanic.
