Description:
On August 26, 1980, a body was found floating in San Diego Bay, approximately 750 yards northeast of the dead-end of Point Street in Coronado, California. The decedent is believed to be a White male between 15 and 23 years of age at the time of his death, who was 5’8” tall and weighed 172 lbs. He had brown hair, brown eyes, and a triangular shaped earring in his left ear.
The lab work for this case has been funded by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, with the DNA Doe Project providing the investigative genetic genealogy research pro bono.
