Schuk Toak John Doe 2003

Description:

On August 10, 2003, utility workers in Pima County, Arizona called 911 after encountering undocumented migrants who reported they had left one of their group behind. Authorities then found the remains of a young Hispanic male, believed to be between 16-20 years old. He was 5’4” tall, weighed 95 pounds, and wore blue pants, a gray shirt, and size 38 shoes.

He had in his possession a Mexican ID card issued to a ‘Juan Miguel Velazquez Navarro’. However, the fingerprint on the ID card did not match the body and they were unable to confirm his identity. It is not known whether the photo on the ID card is actually of the unidentified individual.
