Chattanooga Birchwood John Doe

On August 28, 2006, hunters found the body of an unidentified white male in a wooded area along Eldridge Road near Chickamauga Lake in Birchwood, Tennessee.  He was wearing a gray t-shirt with a Tom and Jerry cartoon logo, Arizona-brand blue jeans, white tennis shoes, and a bandana.  His teeth were in bad shape, with many missing and others with excessive decay and staining. He was estimated to be between 40 and 55 years old. The manner of death was listed as homicide.
